Today I FINISHED my portolio for GRADUATION PROJECT!!!! I so proud of myself that I did everything and accomplished alot for my graduation project, can't wait to see how the ending product of my project will be.

Today in class I was working on finishing my proposal. I did have it edited my 2 students in class all i need to to is finish it and have it edited by a teacher.

Today in class i had fix the edits that you made on my proposal and i was just thinking of things to make my introduction stronger since that is what will attract people to my paper.

Today in class i was just working more on my outline but i'm not finished.

Yesterday I was absent becuase i was sick. today i was working on getting them evaluation papers sent out to the two people that i interviewed. I just started my outline but i need a little more time.

In class today i almost got all the notes that i need to answer my essential questions. But tomorrow i'll have an interview so i won't be in class on Wednesday.

In class today I'm was very concerned about trying to find someone to interview since LaMont Jones hasn't emailed me and probably never will. But i did find my 2 people to interview and i hope that they will respond to my email.

today in class i was sending an email to LaMont Jones who is an Fashion Editor for the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. I told him who i am and why i'm sending him an email. I asked him would he like to set up an interview all he needs to do is email me back. So that is what i did in class today.

Kimora Lee Simmons- Designer for Baby Phat
Fashion Editor- the process of creating, developing and presenting content for fashion-specific magazines, websites, newspaper sections, or television shows. Editors occupy the mid to highest-level positions at publications
Trend- a current fashion or mode
Fashion designer- the applied art dedicated to the design of clothing and lifestyle accessories created within the cultural and social influences of a specific time.
Fad- a fashion that suddenly burst into the scene but only for a short time
Ready- to- wear- cross between couture and mass market not made for individual customers but great care is taken care of the choice of fabric
Fabric- any type, texture, or quality of a kind of cloth.

Today we just finished presentations in class and it was nice to see what everyone is doing for their project. I finished and printed/uploaded my essential and foundation questions that will help me out with my project.

Today i just finished making my collage of what i bassically want to cover when doing my graduation project. So basically all this will be in my magazine, these are the things that inspire me when i see fashion.

Today in class i was reseaching for my project. i really just was looking a couture fashion week and looking and designers and the kind of clothes that they make. and the ones that i did like i wrote their name down so that i could find more information about them, get to know them better so i could put that type of information in my magazine. that is what i basically did today.

Today in class i worked in the Intrest Inventory assignment but didn't get it done. But working on the assignment i manage to really see what i'm interested in and helped me to get inside myself.

What i have heard about the City High Grd Project is that it is very challenging is that it takes a long time and that you have to do alot of reseach. I never met any 12th graders that already took the class but all of my friends already took the class and they said that it was kind of challenging and that taking the trip to the library helped alot. Some of my interests are fashion and writing. Fashion is a big part of me since i was young i have always loved fashion so if i could do some kind of timeline of fashion and show people that the clothes that we wear now was the same style back in the day. i like to inform people what is the latest style becuase i feel that it is important to let people know. Some concerns about the graduation project is that will i get it done on time? Is my ideas good enough to be a project?

This is the first day of starting my blog. As i am still thinking of what i would like to do for my project my ideas are to do something with writing and fashion like show the timeline of fashion from when it began until today since i'm going to college to major in Journalism to be a Fashion Editor.
